I have just a brief statement for the press and then I will move on with my consumption of Guinness. I say Flogging Molly play for the fourth time a couple of weeks ago in Charlotte. They are without a doubt my favorite group to see live. As much as I like Tool there is really no comparison. Flogging Molly's singer, Dave King, has an ability to connect with the audience that Maynard of Tool simply does not have. There is simply nothing like a concert where the fans all know most of the words to the songs and the whole crowd moves in drunken unison to the beat.
